We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Retail Securities .
Assist in achieving Profit and Loss for Retail Securities and Bond business in Hong Kong
Support the formulation of strategies to develop the business, commercial as well as technology or operations related
Contribute to idea formulation, development and implementation regarding Group initiatives on Retail Securities and Bonds
Help to manage and ensure service level quality and the resilience of end to end processes effectively to achieve high customer satisfaction and mitigate reputational and regulatory risks
Assist in the mobilisation of new and existing multi channels, including Mobile, PhoneBanking and frontline in order to integrate Retail Securities and Bond services into an effective customer experience
Support the development of securities and bond services to surpass competitor and customer expectations through close collaboration with internal divisions and external parties and regulators
Work to implement effective and efficient marketing initiatives that drive business and new customer acquisitions for other wealth cross selling opportunities
Encourage student and management trainee development through training, guidance and effective people management
Promote staff engagement and knowledge and experience sharing within the team setting
University degree in a relevant discipline
Extensive experience in the securities, investments or banking
Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute qualification
Good knowledge of the securities trading industry, including industry dynamics, regulatory environment and customer demands
Solid product management and project management experience
Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Strong motivation, commercial awareness and communication skills
