CITI Commercial Cards Product Manager Competitive Salary Offered
Po sition Objective:
The Commercial Cards B2B Product team is responsible for the strategy and the solution set to help our clients make efficient payments to their suppliers using a commercial card. We help our clients to create process efficiencies in the P2P cycle, control payment costs, and unlock working capital. A key element to this is ensuring that our card products are properly accepted by our client's suppliers. This position will work for the Head of B2B Market Management to manage the supplier enablement and onboarding strategies in EMEA and to aid in further global expansion.
Manage day-to-day relationships with third party supplier onboading resources
Manage day-to-day relationships with technology providers for straight-through-processing solutions
Be the main client-facing contact for Citi Supplier Enablement Services
Design supplier enablement strategy and supplier segmentation based on internal analysis in coordination with our clients
Communicate weekly campaign metrics directly with clients
Communicate with Citi internal stakeholders on client success metrics
Individual outreach and dialogue with key strategic suppliers with feedback directly back to clients
Continually increase his/her knowledge and understanding of our client's suppliers and commodities that accept commercial cards
Leverage existing relationships to drive expansion current programs
Create opportunities for proactive program improvement
Utilize all available resources, internal and external, to troubleshoot and resolve supplier issues addressing the root causes of any recurring issues with Citi, suppliers, and client functions
Engage and coordinate relevant Citi resources as needed to support the Client e.g. Operations, Product, Implementations.
Experience in a fast growing Commercial Card business
Exposure to multiple stakeholder teams and products within the wider Treasury and Trade Services (TTS) business
Planning and execution skills relating to customer portfolios
Customer management skills (mid-size to large clients)
Negotiation and analytical skills
Knowledge of credit card markets, products and processes
Knowledge of the Procure to Pay (P2P) business cycle
Knowledge of B2B card products, specially focusing on Virtual Cards, Single-Use Accounts, Buyer Initiated Payments, etc.
Excellent Client facing and communications skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong people and networking skills
Strong MS Office, Word and Excel skills
Analytical and methodical approach
Ability to effectively prioritize time and manage deadlines

Desirable; Degree or Post graduate degree in Business
