The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
Develop project and change management strategy and plans to support the delivery of the Fraud Target Operating Model relating to transfer of Fraud Risk Management activities from OR to CFCC.
Manage the project with full adherence to governance standards and contribute to the development and administration of the programme PMO governance and standards.
Track and maintain a project plan including milestones that will deliver on the project objectives, ensure slippages against plan are tracked and managed via a robust and effective change control process.
Update senior management and relevant governance/risk committees on the status of the project deliverables and any risks related to the same.
Support the Project's key governance committees and working groups.
Develop and maintain templates required by the Project.
Identify and resolve project plan execution (budget, work activities, timeline) risks.
Identify and actively engage with various key stakeholders to ensure the success of the project/program.
Production and distribution of meeting packs, minutes writing and tracking actions to closure are key responsibilities.

Maintain clear and timely communication with key stakeholders

Well versed in the use of business analysis tools including MS Visio.
Strong written and spoken communication skills, in English.
