Formulate and implement Bancassurance Business Development for IBG and HW segments to drive Bancassurance business sales numbers. Formulate IBG sales incentive plan and execution of the various internal and external events Implementation of sales incentive and staff engagement programs on a day to day basis. Manage regular communication with frontline staff and BBS Work closely with Manulife to produce regular sales report and tools to drive prefer sales behaviour. Responsible for IBG and HW segments S&MA management and ensure projects are within budget. Ensure programs and initiatives are designed and executed within the regulatory, legal and compliance framework.
University graduate Minimum 7 years of working experience Excellent interpersonal skill Good project management skill Good communication skill Good command of Excel
