Citibank, N.A. seeks a Risk Policy Manager, VP for its Wilmington, Delaware location.
Duties: Analyze and optimize all aspects of credit cards collections process and loss mitigation lifecycle. Utilize SAS, SQL, Statistics, and Optimization to incorporate disciplined test design and analytical approaches, and improve decision making. Identify new strategies and efficiencies in collections, hypothesis development, test design, rollout strategies and implementation oversight. Conduct rigorous statistical test-versus-control analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of new credit strategies. Formulate and solve optimization problems in the collections function to enable periodic evaluation of business efficacy. Optimize treatment strategy to support credit card collections and improve treatments that drive payment behavior. Develop financial projections and estimates of business impact relating to credit card collections and loss mitigations. Collaborate with teammates to implement business strategies and programs. Assess and oversee impacts of implemented strategies and program. Develop scope and implement digital strategies for customers in several specialty queues including do not call, skip, spinners and unverified cell. Assure regulatory and policy compliance through validations, effective controls, testing and maintain strategy documentation for internal control teams.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Environmental Engineering, or related quantitative field and 4 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Risk Policy Analyst, Risk Policy Manager, Senior Analyst, or closely related position. 4 years of experience must include: Unix Shell Script Programming; Statistical Modeling, Quantitative Analysis, Data Mining; SAS/SQL Programming. 1 year of experience must include: Mainframe; Test versus control analysis; Pre Charge-off and Post Charge-off Collections, including specialty collections of Skip, Spinners, Cease and Desist, and Unverified cell phone; and Collections Analytics, Roll Rate Analysis.
