WHAT WILL YOU DO HR Shared Services Reporting to the Global of Human Resources, you will be a key member of the HR Leadership team. You will lead the development and implementation of the HR Operations, Systems and Shared Services roadmap. You will also be responsible for teams of Shared Services in various locations in the shared services delivery process, providing direction, management and development globally.
Partner with the senior business and HR leadership to create and implement a strategic vision for HR Service Delivery
Define strategies to improve HR processes and programs
Drive the transformation of employee and manager experience, administration, innovation, automation and employee self-service: increase self-service options and grow operational efficiencies
Lead, coach and inspire a team to deliver quality and timely HR shared services
Review operation processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of HR processes that comply and align with the bank's policies as well as regulator's regulations
Centralisation of services in the area of HR Risk & Governance, Workforce Analytics and Surveys, Payroll and HR Administration. Key pillars include general employee life cycle, HR operations support, RNF process, vendor management, payroll etc
Implement and support HR technology platforms to enable the strategic HR framework
Oversee the HR Risk and Governance including identifying, developing and maintaining the controls required in HR Operational processes. Point of contact on Compliance and Operation Risk Management
Manage large, complex simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities and deadlines and work with stakeholders to prioritize to support vision, strategy and roadmap
THE KEYS TO YOUR SUCCESS:
Have a transformational mindset and deep experience in process design, as well a history of identifying and migrating work into a shared services environment for multi-disciplinary HR services.

At least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
Higher relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage
Comfortable working with digital solutions and have an eye for technology
Systems experience, including implementation and data migration
Strong analytics, data, systems and HR operations background
Experience in managing HR shared services team as well as a subject matter expert in HR delivery
