Program Director - Network Development Partnership Performance - Orlando
AdventHealth Orlando seeks to hire Program Director who will embrace our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.
Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,107-bed Florida Hospital Orlando, serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America. Florida Hospital Orlando houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country. We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year.
The Program Director of Network Development Partnerships works with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute key strategies to enhance the efficacy of organizational partnerships. This individual acts as the face of the organization to high level, external stakeholders of key network development partnerships. Uses influence to support organizational growth and drive or exceed the stated value proposition. Develops work plans and helps to hold departments accountable to ensure timely completion of initiatives. Develops tracking tools and scorecards to ensure the organization is achieving the anticipated ROI from the partnership. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Knowledge of healthcare industry, business unit needs and finance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field (Preferred)
Five (5) years of experience in healthcare, business development, or project management
Three (3) years of management/supervisory experience
Experience working in business development, sales and/or philanthropy (Preferred)
Licensure, Certification, or Registration Required:

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Acts as the primary representative of the organization to high-level executives of partnering organizations
Drives project management and execution of deliverables associated with partnership engagements
Works collaboratively across the system with operations to ensure successful implementation of contractual obligations
Supports change management through influence of executive leadership of various business units
Works closely with finance to define and model the financial impact and value proposition
Ensures organizational attainment of the partnership value proposition by conducting continuous assessment of strategy realizations and partnership performance
Acts as a brand champion in networking with external stakeholders
Serves as the primary point of contact for key partners with which we have a partnership agreement, such as Disney
Responsible to ensure partnerships are compliant.
Stays informed of regulatory changes.
Seeks guidance from legal or compliance teams as appropriate
OPERATING & CAPITAL BUDGET/FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Develops tracking tools and scorecards to ensure the organization is achieving the anticipated ROI from the partnership; communicates the status of key partnerships to executive leaders
Collaborates with executive partnership leaders to develop action plan if anticipated ROI is not being achieved
Indirect responsibilities to support financial performance to budget for the Network Development cost center
STRATEGIC PLANNING RESPONSIBILITY:
Maintains innovative thinking to develop strategies to leverage and maximize the value of partnerships
Develops and maintains a target partner list and pursues new relationships to support organizational goals
PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT RESPONSIBILITY:
Ensure efficient and timely execution of our partnership plans.
COMMUNITY RELATIONS RESPONSIBILITY:
Represents the AdventHealth mission and brand.
Is an active member in their community.
Serves as an extension of the Executive Office
