The NA Connected Services IBE Project Manager position is responsible for the leadership and delivery of individual (Single site) as well as enterprise (multi-site) Installed Base Evaluation engagements from PO receipt to project delivery to contract closure. This position requires self-initiative, ownership, excellent listening skills, commercial sensitivity, responsiveness, collaboration, technical expertise, time management and business acumen. Potential candidates should have the capability to perform the following:
Oversee all project/program activities - commercially and technically Manage support deliverables for assigned projects Act as primary contact to customers and sales for assigned projects and drive resolution for all open issues Schedule, coordinate, and train resources for collection Provide detailed reporting to customer, sales and management Provide timely responsiveness to customers, sales, and management with the appropriate level of urgency in delivering results Track projects under responsibility to meet target SLAs Effectively organize and prioritize tasks associated with multiple project executing in parallel Quickly drive effective resolution to customer escalations, generate commercial responses in reply, and incorporate corrective actions into the project moving forward Ensure all IBEs under responsibility are being performed within predefined SLAs
Commercial & Business Sustainability
Act as key point of contact to triage general questions (within region of assignment) of the IBE service and handle basic escalation of issues knowing when to involve team lead Grow network of FLD experts in IBEs Propose new reporting / collateral / services to most effectively pull through additional business for other CSM solutions and services.
Provide visibility to IBE Team Lead of "customer success stories" from IBE pull through realized Achieve assigned targets in terms of business revenue and management objectives (Sr) Conduct presentations of technical information/project activities, etc. (Sr) Identify and track pull through based on Installed Base Evaluation Service (Sr) Generate proposals to customers (Sr) Recommend services to meet customer ROI expectations (Sr) Be a mentor to peers, for PM technical and commercial best practices.
Frequently interact with others to build productive internal/external working relationships
Receive assignments in the form of high level objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals, while executing with excellence
