The Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of business change initiatives for the Financial Markets (FM) business. The role will support a variety of business projects, and will involve working with multiple business partners including Banking, Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance. The candidate must have experience working in a fast paced, demanding environment and have proven track record in successfully delivering change.
Support change management initiatives for the FM business, keeping in mind the relevance to business strategy and key priorities.
Responsible for ensuring overall planning, tracking and reporting of all milestones, tasks and deliverables including inter-dependencies across projects.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks which may have an impact on costs / delivery timelines.
Support and facilitate agile squads and teams to deliver change to the business.
Liaise with stakeholders and business support partners to resolve issues and solve problems.

Exceptional organisational, problem solving and written / verbal communication skills
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
Problem solving and root cause identification skills - i.e. methodical and thorough.
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others.
Experience in managing projects using agile methodology.
Knowledge of SCB processes, governance and standards for project / programme management and risk management preferred.
Prior experience in front office / business is advantageous.
