The Population Health Program Manager has responsibilities to directly support the Dean and the College of Health (COH) team in the development of educational, research, and service programming. Lehigh's College of Health offers exciting career opportunities as we launch one of the nation's first undergraduate degrees in population health and a number of related graduate programs. The Program Manager will provide extensive population heath analytic, strategic, and research support directly to the Dean of the College of Health. They will be responsible for helping set the agenda for achieving the mission of the COH; leading strategic planning and project management activities; engaging a broad range of multidisciplinary partners; establishing resources and protocols to monitor population health; spearheading efforts to improve the health of the Lehigh University community; and supporting the development of research proposals. The duties and responsibilities of this position will evolve with the growth of the college.
