Qualifications REQUIRED -Experience providing business operational services in a large organization with annual budget size > $100 million -Supervisory/management experience -Process Improvement skills (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean) -Experience as a project lead or project manager for small to medium projects. -Experience with procurement processes, RFI/RPF creation and management -Experience with Business Contracts and contracts management: Master Agreements, SOWs, BAAs, and other common documents in the purchasing process. -Experience supporting a matrixed organization and directly interacting with senior leaders, directors, executives. -Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint -Experience with financial management functions including accounting and budgeting
PREFERRED -Experience in an academic or healthcare environment. -Experience with University of California procurement policies and procedures. -Experience with financial systems Kuali, infor Lawson. -BA or BS degree in Business, Economics, or Finance -Experience with Capital and Operating financial transactions. -Experience with Vendor Relationship management. -Experience with Capital Asset management. -Experience with Sharepoint site administration.

Responsibilities The IT Procurement Supervisor (Procurement Supervisor 2) is responsible for oversight of critical business functions in the procure-to-pay cycle for UCDH IT, including IT procurement, receiving, vendor and contract management, and hardware and software asset management. This position supervises a team size of four. Requires a high degree of collaboration with the Information Technology Business Operations team, our customers in IT (Health System, Schools of Medicine and Nursing, Research),our partners in Purchasing and Finance, as well as peers at UC Health and UCOP.
