Serves at Athletic Department representative regarding the Clemson University Campus Digital Network Video Boards and Kiosks using Visual Communication Software. Will be part of small team to the policies that govern the content for the Campus Digital Network. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB DUTIES:
50% - Essential - Content Management: Serves as content management coordinator representing athletics for the campus-wide digital video boards and kiosks. Coordinates, schedules, obtains and approves content to represent athletics for video boards and kiosks throughout campus. Has the ability to take content in various formats and work with the Visual Communications Software provider to upload content for video boards and kiosks. Works in conjunction with others regarding Content Scheduling.
15% - Essential - Policy Developer In conjunction with on-campus partners, develops a strategic policy manual which includes items such as a style guide, required static and non-static content formats, content scheduling formats, live content formats and the distribution of amount of University oriented content and advertising content. In addition, develops a prompt and consistent approval process of content for the network. Once policy is developed and approved, work-flow is executed.
15% - Essential - Athletic Event Digital Coordinator for Select Board Serves as the content manager for the exterior video boards attached to Memorial Stadium for all regular season football games, Spring Game and/or other select events taking place in the stadium or in the Athletic District. Expected to be attendance prior to, during and following these events understanding content will be ever changing during prior to and during the events.
10% - Essential - Other Activities Works in conjunction with sports such as football, men's basketball and women's basketball to place unique content on video boards during specific recruiting dates and times. There may be a possibility of creating content in this area, but will not be required during start-up. Will assist in providing a coordinated effort regarding the compliance of the Clemson University Accessibility guidelines.
10% - Essential - Analytics Working in conjunction with Visual Communication Software company, develops analytics on the number of individuals who interact and/or view the video boards/kiosks during specific time-frames. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education - Bachelor's Degree
Work Exp 2+ years working in video, graphics, and/or technology area.
Work experience that is closely related to ticket office sales, customer service and operations, as well as experience in the technical components of the ticketing industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:
