The Corporate Relations Director is responsible for a portfolio of corporate accounts that comprise a section of the Workforce campaign, which creates the needed resources for UWSEM to support its mission. Corporate Relations Directors annually have a fundraising goal they must meet or exceed with assigned accounts.
Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic plans for key corporate partners with benchmark milestones on financial results, relationship development, year-long engagement and donor stewardship.
Plan, administer & execute major internal & external special donor & corporate events.
Drive revenue from corporate partners and individual donors through consultative engagement and sales.
Strategically establish and develop relationships with key individuals within portfolio. Tactically connect key individuals with each other.
Engage the corporate partner leadership, volunteers, committees, and ambassadors to ensure the campaign and employee engagement activities execute as planned.
Provide staff leadership to a committee of high-level volunteers as part of the Fund Development Committee.
Empower and support volunteer leaders to engage and gain support from additional corporations and community leaders.
Prepare for and participate in volunteer led CEO visits on companies within portfolio.
Effectively present the mission of UWSEM to current and prospective donor groups at all levels. Presentations vary in number of participants (anywhere from 1 individual to hundreds+), length of time, location, and resources available.
Compliance with all constituent management system timing and targets for data entry in the agency CRM systems, Stratus Live.
In collaboration with the Marketing Team, develop brand experiences for companies and donors to solidify and grow brand affinity.
Daily management of campaign data and reporting to ensure the highest integrity, which includes all reporting of assigned accounts. Report campaign progress to Sr. Director weekly. Execute, submit and monitor all financial documentation on assigned accounts.
Serve on Fund Development Strategic Planning Committee and execute on both short and long-term strategies as assigned.

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, with an emphasis on fund raising, sales, public relations, marketing or other relevant area is required. A Master's degree or CFRE (Certified Fundraising Professional) credential is beneficial.
Requires 5 years of experience minimum in nonprofit, fund raising, sales/marketing, corporate social responsibility/corporate foundation role required. A history of functioning successfully in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment is a must. A history of engaging with 'C' level within a company is preferred.
