We are looking for a creative and passionate B2B Marketing Manager with the dual responsibility to create and drive our portfolio marketing strategy across the EMEA region, and to directly supervise the full scope of the marketing activities across the North EMEA Region (UK, Ireland, Nordics, Russia) Our portfolio covers industrial products and services that optimise manufacturing for customers around the world. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and driven person with experience in building successful marketing campaigns and teams in a technical and international B2B environment. SCOPE Working in a complex and dynamic technical environment, the role is responsible for developing end to end marketing communications plans for our industrial products and services and for leading and developing a regional in country marketing team. The successful candidate can effectively communicate our value proposition to the market across multiple marketing channels and assets as well as inspire and drive the team to achieve success. He/she understands the needs of the market, and can translate our offer into a compelling story. In this crucial role, the successful candidate will lead a direct team of 3 Field Marketing Specialists, providing strategic direction as well as guidance on daily priorities, but also influence indirectly a large set of stakeholders (Business Units in the region and globally, local FMS for portfolio specific activities)
