Routinely leads the development of enterprise-wide highly complex sourcing strategies and processes creating innovative and replicable strategies. Designs, develops and implements leading edge best industry practices. Leads And manages the project management of cross functional sourcing initiatives that have major corporate impact across all sourcing categories with expert Category and category management knowledge. Leads and guides the staff in complex sourcing projects, processes and programs. Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently. Completes high impact/complex negotiations with market suppliers and develops effective negotiating strategies. Effectively interacts with executives on a routine basis and may act on behalf of executive management.
Pay Band: SM Domicile: Memphis, TN Relocation assistance will be considered for this position but is based on business decision.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in supply chain, business, finance, economics, or other quantitative disciplines. Minimum seven (7) years' work experience in sourcing and/or sourcing analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Exceptional analytical skills and category expertise. Superior demonstrated skills with project management. Exceptional negotiating skills. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
