Due to the continued growth of the business we are opening an office in Singapore and are seeking to add a Senior Associate to the Infrastructure Equity Investment team based there.
This position will;
Support the infrastructure equity team in growing and developing its business activities in Asia, including assisting in the establishment and development of the Singapore office.
Support the infrastructure equity team in Asia on origination activities and transaction execution.
Research, analysis, due diligence, valuation and presentation of potential new investment opportunities.
Liaising with existing and prospective clients on specific assets, transactions and/or general fund-raising related activities.
As the infrastructure investment portfolio in Asia grows, supporting the infrastructure equity team in asset management activities across portfolio companies.
The successful candidate will;
Have a minimum of 5 years of investment experience, with infrastructure or private equity background preferred.
Be well networked in the sector in Singapore and on a pan-Asian basis.
Tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, engineering or related disciplines.
Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills – oral and written.
Have a collaborative approach and ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Good project management skills.
General understanding of the infrastructure market and its key investment drivers.
