The Fundraising Events and Marketing & Communications Team is responsible for the successful execution of multiple events, including Cycle for Survival, Freds Team, Kids Walk for MSK Kids, and many other Development events. They also produce a robust suite of content; ranging from creative services, marketing campaigns, and writing needs of the Development Office.
You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Senior Director and their team, ensuring the day to day needs of the team are met.

Assist in the offices daily operations including but not limited to: phones, calendars, supply ordering, meeting set up, mailings, and timekeeping
Strategic Projects and Project Management for the Senior Director
Pull reports to compile monthly budgets
Approve expenses on behalf of the Senior Director
Work with external MSK partners, such as procurement, finance, legal, and human resources
Onboard new employees and work with colleagues on a cohesive hiring strategy
Liaison with our Gift Administration Office
Ad-hoc administrative support for other Fundraising Events and Marketing & Communication colleagues
Self-motivated and curious, the ideal candidate would succeed when working independently and as part of a team
Good at anticipating needs and getting in front of problems
A minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required
At least two years of relevant experience is required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly mail merging
Experience working with budgets and data
