This Temporary Digital Navigator will be responsible for:
Aiding patients at Martha Eliot Health Center (Jamaica Plain) and Primary Care Longwood (Boston) with enrollment in our patient portal
Helping patients download and use video visit software.
Assisting with other initiatives to increase our rate of capture for text messaging, email addresses, and patient engagement with our patient portal and video visit software
Scheduling video visit appointments as needed
May provide cross coverage at the front desk with check in as needed
To qualify, you must have:
Two years of occupationally-specific education or an Associate's degree in Human Services or related field is preferred
Experience utilizing EMRs and other patient management systems desired
Ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
Ability to learn new technology and teach others how to use it
Fluency in Spanish highly desirable.
