As Regional VP of Business Development for True North, you will identify, cultivate and establish new relationships with the marketing departments of hospitals and health systems. You’ll have the opportunity to work with prospective clients, learning about their business, identifying their needs and applying True North’s capabilities to create and present content-driven marketing solutions that connect your prospects with their audiences in meaningful and effective ways.
Reporting directly to and working closely with our President, you will have the opportunity to have a direct and meaningful impact on the growth of the organization while working with an amazing team. This role offers uncapped commission and the ability to grow and cultivate a significant book of business. We are looking for someone who is energetic, determined, flexible, articulate, thorough and a concise communicator.

Regional VP of Business Development Requirements
An understanding of the sales process from beginning to end with proven and measurable ability to successfully close new business opportunities
A minimum of five years marketing campaign sales and business development experience in the healthcare space
Experience in selling complex digital marketing solutions, including SEO, email marketing campaigns, lead generation and conversion campaigns, paid search and social media campaigns, and website content strategy
An understanding of patient behavior and familiarity with how content is consumed using integrated print and digital platforms
Familiarity with CRM and automation tools
The ability to perform and present in high-pressure situations
Self-motivated personality with commitment to customer service
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, finance, economics or a related field
Willingness and ability to travel extensively for client and prospect meetings (up to 60%)
