Produce creative content primarily for football and assist with other content projects for all Mississippi State Athletics media platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1.Assist the Associate AD of Creative Strategy and Assistant AD of Video Operations in producing creative video and other creative content for football in a timely manner, while meeting the overall strategy and philosophy goals of the department. 2.Assist video operations team to ensure other sport projects are moving from concept to production, to completion in an effective and efficient manner. 3.Collaborate with supervisors and team to maintain strategy and content calendar to produce videos and digital elements for internal and external promotional efforts. 4.Assist with establishing staff vision and philosophy for all social media platforms. 5.Generate digital content for posting on athletic teams' social media sites. 6.Meet quick turnarounds to post high quality videos on same day that events occur. 7.Provide insight to push department forward with emerging trends in social, digital media, as well as in-venue entertainment. 8.Assist External Affairs team with creative media needs in support of assigned sports, social media, marketing, recruiting, ticket sales and attendance. 9.Prepare internal video packages for football team functions and/or approved distribution on the Athletic Department website and social platforms. 10.Assist football recruiting staff with creative media support related to incoming recruits. 11.Uphold department branding guidelines & identity standards. 12.Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Videography, Photography, Graphic Design or related field, with two (2) years in Creative Media Services.
