Advertised Job Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator for Student Conduct and Academic Integrity oversees the business management functions, budget reports and maintenance, Clery reporting and other compliance data, and administrative scheduling for the Office of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity, and the Behavioral Intervention Team. Further, s/he functions as the assistant to the Executive Director. S/he executes business management functions by managing all personnel files, compiling data for federal and regulatory compliance reports, monitoring updates to university data management systems (Banner, PeopleSoft), and assembling information for annual division reports. S/he coordinates hiring processes, assuring adherence to the requirements and processes of Human Resources.The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for assuring full desk coverage. S/he also produces the Project Management timelines for the unit and coordinates the status reports of the working groups. S/he prepares No Contact letters, emergency suspension letters and other special use correspondence and oversees the system for disciplinary reference check requests. S/he is responsible for the maintenance and the upkeep of the office, its equipment and its systems.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency.
