Directs and coordinates all aspects of Harris Health System Crew Resource Management (CRM) with respect to planning, implementation, training and ongoing activities of the CRM program in the development of hard-wired protocols to ensure best practice and adherence/commitment to safety; applies effective strategies for building consensus among disciplines and across departments; directs work efforts of facility teams to achieve critical outcomes; responsible for development of metrics, process improvement planning and direction, data analytics, benchmarking and best practice development and implementation, management of resources across diverse projects, evaluates and makes well informed critical business decisions: ensure with Harris Health System Vision, Mission and Policy statements, and regulatory and professional standards.
Bachelors Degree required.
Work Experience (Years and Area):
One (1) year of experience in PeopleSoft or other Enterprise Resource System.
Two (2) years of project management experience
Three (3) years of Management level clerical & administrative experience.
