Information Management has an outstanding opportunity for a Quality Assurance Test AnalystPosition Purpose UW Advancement has a two-year opportunity for a Quality Assurance (QA) Test Analyst. The QA Test Analyst will work within Information Management, along side business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to design and execute test plans, ensuring the overall quality and functionality of the delivered solution are aligned with business expectations. The QA Test Analyst will be a key member of the project management office (PMO), primarily focused on a CRM conversion project. Duties and Responsibilities*Define and lead testing plans for IT software development and configuration projects, using Agile and continuous delivery methodology.*Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand business requirements, use cases, and system functionality.*Participate in business requirements and product design reviews, and provide feedback.*Create and maintain detailed test cases, based on business requirements and product design reviews.*Execute test cases to validate requirements and ensure usability. *Establish regression test cases by functional area to be executed with every code release.*Perform data analysis to support requirements validation.*Provide feedback on the usability of developed solutions.*Identify, analyze, and report product defects.
