Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI) who serves as Associate Director of the UCLA Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI), this position is involved in every aspect of project management such as planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and reporting of CTSI activities in content and duration which vary based on program and Institute priorities. The Program Manager (PM) supports program leaders, investigators and data management personnel in all aspects of CTSI activities. This position is part of the CTSI administrative team and will be responsible for supporting programmatic activities that in turn will promote the overall success of the CTSI. The UCLA CTSI is a long-term, major infrastructure initiative to advance the prevention and treatment of disease and improve health outcomes. The CTSI member campuses are CDU, UCLA Westwood, Cedars-Sinai, and Harbor-UCLA.
Regionally accredited bachelor's degree in a related field
3 to 5 years' in project management, administration, and operations.
Experience working in association with the organization, operations, and execution of multifaceted programs at a university
