The Business Aligned analyst is a key role within the AMProcedures Standards team with specific responsibility for the migration ofcurrent procedures to the Firmwide Standard. Key areas of focus to support thiseffort will include:
Assisting the Central team in preparing an inventory for each business area supported
Performing initial analysis of current procedures - gap analysis to identify where procedures require enhancement to comply with the Firmwide Standard
Working closely with assigned teams to prepare Repository upload files
Arrange for review and approval of updated procedures
Consider additional Business documents to be uploaded in each team section of the Central Repository
Additionalareas of focus may include:
Coordination with regional counterparts to ensure consistent approach for Global Teams
Tracking and follow up of queries identified during Procedures review and update
Assist in overall communications to the business and senior management on the progress of the program to date and any action required, as applicable.
Work with aligned teams in completing Phase 2 of the OLO program
Work with the Central team to implement the ongoing Legal and Regulatory Change Model (and OLO BAU Operating Model)
Knowledge/experience within the asset management industry - products and services offered, distribution channels and asset classes (fixed income, equities, derivatives), preferred
Knowledge of laws, rules and regulations applicable to asset management businesses (for candidates in the U.S. this would include, for example, the Investment Advisers Act, the Investment Company Act or OCC Regulations applicable to fiduciary activities), a plus
The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing, writing, or advising on policies and procedures
Project management skills and experience

Strong analytical capabilities, ability to synthesize data sets and identify key themes, propose solutions (comfortable working from a top down and bottom up perspective)
