As we lead up to the launch date, we are looking for someone with a customer and sales centric mindset who will manage all social media channels to deliver relevant and engaging content, manage user inquiries, and help set and maintain AAX's position as a premium brand in the market by delivering best in class community engagement.

You will act act as an ambassador for the AAX community and develop the community engagement by creating engaging content, social media events, experiences, networking, press releases etc to name but a few - creativity is key!
Lead online and offline strategies and execute tactics that drive traffic and brand awareness for the digital products and channels of your region
Act as the front line for user support and complaints that come through our social media channels, and direct them to the most appropriate solution or team member
Constantly monitor social and community channels, enabling quality and timely responses and engagement across all social platforms
Analyse and report on learnings and insights from the social community feedback to create actionable, operational reports that lead to optimization of AAX
Attend industry events and plan calendar of activities such as meetups and hackathons etc
Use Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve metrics through testing and new initiatives
As a minimum, you will have business-level fluency in English (both verbal and written) and bachelors degree in business, marketing or related subject is a strong asset
Genuine interest in understanding people, capable of fostering connections by putting people first and building trusting relationships
A background in Retail, Fashion, FMCG, Hospitality or similar loyalty programs where you are engaging and attracting customers will fit well with what we need
Strong hands on experience with a variety of social media channels and community platforms such as Weibo, Telegram, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.
Experience in FinTech, Finance, Banking, Payments or Startup culture with previous networking skills is preferable
Solid content writing skills and can figure out the voice of a company that will resonate across a target audience
8+ years experience in community relations, PR, marketing, events, sales, brand management
3+ years of experience managing multiple social media platforms and communities for the finance or related sector
Experience as a moderator or admin in a sub-Reddit, Telegram, or similar social media channels preferable
Knowledgeable about the Blockchain and digital asset industry, landscape and competition
Strong analytics skills, able to interpret social media and website traffic
