HRService Delivery (HRSD) provides a number of core services to employees, suchas payroll / payroll accounting, onboarding / offboarding and record & datamanagement. The Program Management Office (PMO) is a key team within HRSD andsupports projects & initiatives that need to be implemented as a result oflegal, regulatory or operational requirements.
We arelooking for a Program Manager to drive our Intelligent Automation and ProcessOptimisation initiatives for the EMEA region. This is a key strategic priorityfor global HRSD and entails high profile deliverables.
Theindividual will help drive the Intelligent Automation and Improvement agendaacross the EMEA HR function, operating within the framework of a broader globalprogramme. The role will require a combination ofthree key disciplines - project management, business analysis / management andprocess re-engineering / automation
Drive project / solution delivery by managing cross-functional stakeholders across HR and other groups / LOBs (primarily, Technology)
Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess business requirements
Design, develop and / or evaluate appropriate products and solutions to support business needs / improve efficiency and productivity
Monitor progress and take appropriate action to ensure that projects remain on track
Provide senior management updates and status reports
Represent the region on the related global initiatives around Process Optimisation, Robotics and deployment of data integration tools (e.g., Xceptor).
Align delivery of program objectives with other strategic initiatives across HR
Key projects/deliverables include (not exhaustive):
Support EMEA Lead on robotics solutions for various teams across HR in EMEA
Assume ownership of key elements of programme agenda (indicatively, Xceptor)
Facilitate build out of a core team of Xceptor trained operational SMEs
Build out of manual process and User Tool inventory
Identify, review and analyse process improvement opportunities
Streamline and improve existing HR user tools
Implement new user tools.
RequiredSkills & Experience:
Experience to include evidence of project management, problem solving, change management, process re-engineering / operationalisation
Strong Microsoft Office Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Visio skills
Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and influencing 'decision-makers'
Strong presentation skills
Ability to communicate complex issues effectively and explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues
Strong attention to detail with agility to not only dive deep into the process but also bring back focus to the strategic objectives
Strong partnering skills and ability todeliver through virtual teams
Experiencein Xceptor (configuration tool) is a key aspect of the role, hence preferred
Experienceon other tools like Alteryx, SharePoint, OCR etc.
