Singapore GBDS Location manager will report to Regional GBDS manager. The role will be responsible for GBDS operations to include mail services, Smart Print, Record management, employee transportation and Print Production services in Singapore. The role will also be the primary contact for the implementation of new initiatives for all the services and provide analytical focus to all GBDS functions in the location. This role will work in partnership with Regional Mail & Printing leads and Regional GBDS Business Manager to ensure global strategies, processes and procedures are implemented where appropriate. They will develop and implement strategies domestically and ensure all standard operating procedures and corporate policies are in place for these functions.
Primary contact for implementation of operational objectives, programs, policies and initiatives, liaising and coordinating with Regional Print and Mail and Location Managers to ensure successful roll out.
Stake holder management
Implement and administer enterprise-wide document management systems and related procedures that allow firm to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents.
Primary contact for Audit & Compliance to ensure controls are in place for these functions.
Responsible for managing JPMC Corporate club memberships
Point of contact and vendor manager of Ground Transportation vendor and company used corporate vehicles.
Review current operating procedures and identify inefficiencies and then develops initiatives and solutions
Coordinates training and education sessions for these functions.

GBDS Products Lead
Lead the role out of Mail & Messenger application tools such as Pac Track, SmartTrack, DHL invoice Billing System.
Lead the role out of SmartPrint tools, manage the location invoicing for both print and mail vendors.
Work with regional teams to implement standard process and procedures.
Responsible for identifying special projects and training opportunities and coordinating training sessions.
Maintain project tracking / open deliverable reporting
Analyze Print, Mail & Messenger vendor reporting, identifying areas of opportunities, both internal and external.
Introduce best practices, implement initiatives for centralization and automation of Mail & Print functions where possible.
Look at strategies around Print, Transport, Mail & Messenger vendors, and be the key contract person to work with sourcing of suppliers for this function.
Drive and implement the full end to end process of printing services in Singapore where demand has been identified.
Implement digital mail solution.
Drive digitization across various LOBs
Understand the data capture technology to import digitized documents into document management system.
Implement scanning or other automated data entry procedures, using imaging devices and document imaging software.
Conduct needs assessments to identify document management requirements of departments or end users
Assist in the development of document or content classification taxonomies to facilitate information capture, search, and retrieval.
Assist in determining document management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content.
Monitor regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and document management laws.
Contributing to the development and maintenance of the document management policy and document management systems;
Assisting in elaborating the implementing rules and procedures concerning registration, filing, archiving and retention of documents and files, taking into account relevant provisions concerning information security and protection of personal data;
Assisting with managing the various electronic document management systems
Working together with staff from other teams to ensure the information of the client is managed in a secure way;
Performing any other duties as required by line management in the interest of the Service
Financial Planning & Analysis: o Work closely with the APAC GBDS Business Manager to provide timely GBDS financial reporting; o Be the point of contact for the APAC GBDS Business Manager in terms of reporting and analyzing Singapore GBDS results; o Maintain tracking of Plan numbers and report all variances and associated actions required.
Risk & Controls: o To ensure that appropriate controls are observed and business process and policies are adhered to by Singapore GBDS; o Work with APAC GBDS Business Manager to ensure Control Self-Assessments (CSAs) and business resiliency documentation is up to date; o Oversee all Outsider Service Provider (OSP) reviews relating to Singapore GBDS activities.
Policy & Compliance: o Ensure that the Regional GBDS policies are adhered to via assessments, physical checks or random sampling; o Work closely with the APAC GBDS Business Manager and Audit group to ensure compliance with any internal reviews.
Business Information Reporting: o Have input into the development of Business Information for GBDS and Lines of Business o Provide support around Data mining, analysis and reporting relevant to both GBDS internal functions as well as Line of Business requirements; o Liaise with Line of Business finance teams to provide appropriate information concerning GBDS charges.
A minimum of two years experience in project management. Experience in analyzing data through project management, ability to rescope projects.
Strong communication skills, analytical reporting and coordination experience
Relevant experience in managing Print, Mail & Messenger and Record Management operations desirable
Contract management and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of Mail & Messenger application tools.
Self starter that can use initiative and strategic thinker and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong PC skills with experience in all Microsoft applications
