The Regional Facilities Manager reports to the Chief Paradigm Officer. The RFM is coordinates agency wide facility management functions including vendor management, coordination and performance assessments. The RFM acts as a facility liaison and works with site facility coordinators to ensure operational elements concerning utilities, cleaning, security, fixed assets, supplies and billing are seamlessly executed in the field. The RFM plays an important role in all aspects of a real estate projects starting from working with real estate agents and lease review to move-in and decommission,
Able to scope, assess, control, and mitigate risk for customer operations
Have flexibility to plan, organize, and coordinate project, preventative, corrective maintenances, and emergency response as dictated by business operations. May include nights, weekends, or holidays.
Inspect properties on a regular basis to ensure that all sites are clean, orderly and in good repair.
Follows OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe environment: works with all local and municipal regulatory agencies such as Dept. of Buildings, Dept. of Health, Fire Prevention Bureau, Electrical Dept., etc. to ensure code compliance.
Follows and implements procedural guidelines related to life safety, facility cleanliness, and on-going preventative maintenance of HVAC, boilers, and other mechanical systems.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business or related field is preferred
Minimum 3 - 5 years of facility management experience required. Commercial real estate experience preferred.
Work experience in facilities management, property management, project management or general real estate.
Demonstrated supervisory experience.
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures; effective oral and written communication skills. Thorough knowledge of Office 365
Personal vehicle (valid driver’s license and insurance) is required to travel between sites.
Employee must occasionally lift and or move items up to 60 lbs.
