The ACS Business Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating, conducting and managing operational and financial reviews and continuous improvement of ACS Health System Operations. Responsible for identifying high risk areas; developing work programs and action plans to increase efficiencies and improve performance. Prepares statistical and narrative reports from financial and operational reviews; effectively communicates recommendations to senior leadership. Responsible for managing multiple projects, auditing processes, maintaining database and reporting integrity, preparing reports, and functions in multiple departments within Ambulatory Care Services. Audit responsibilities include the review, analysis, monitoring of procedures and systems management and other assigned functions. Develops, maintains and ensures business quality control issues and assists in the development and implementation of measurement systems. Manages projects from creation of objectives through implementation and ongoing deliverables. Must provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers; strongly adheres to the Service First values: friendliness, integrity, responsibility, satisfaction and teamwork.
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field. Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
Work Experience (Years and Area): Five (5) years' experience in project management. Five (5) years in operational data analytics preferred.
