The Role Responsibilities
Support Commercial Banking business in South East Asia in origination and execution of complex, value-added, and strategic transactions
Act as the enabler in delivery of value-added products (Corporate Finance, DCM, FM etc) as part of overall solution to clients in the CB segment; uptier client relationships via mutli-product solutions
Actively work to find innovative solutions to distribute risk – Work with our Insurance and Syndications team to find new avenues of getting credit Insurance by engaging with the Insurers
Work with FSIG team to originate "Buyout" transactions with Middle Market focused Sponsors
Work with Multi-lateral agencies like CGIF, WB, IFC and Guarantco and use structures that would help in improving returns, get client access to new pools of liquidity & manage our portfolio risks
Idea and deal generation via interface with regional CB teams and with relevant product partners
Work with multi-disciplinary deal teams to structure and execute complex and strategic transactions
Prepare sales pitches for client discussions
Comparables and Financial Analysis
Execute transactions working in close co-ordination with product partners
Our Ideal Candidate
5 to 6 years of experience in Financial Modelling & Credit Analysis
Experience in either Capital markets or Corporate Finance
Ability to work across multi-cultural and diverse client base
Maximising Revenue (including RoRWA)
Attitude of wanting to learn and need to be able to put in hard miles
