Rider University invites applications for a Director of Undergraduate & Transfer Admissions. Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment, this individual will oversee the recruitment program for full-time undergraduate admissions and help develop a strategy to enable the University to meet projected new student enrollment goals. The Director of Undergraduate & Transfer Admissions will be responsible for obtaining necessary knowledge of all aspects of Rider and acting as a credible spokesperson for the University in a professional and friendly manner; counseling prospective students; reviewing applications; making admission decisions; and managing a specific recruitment territory. The Director will have extensive knowledge with technology, ability to review and analyze data to aid in the marketing, recruitment and application decision-making process. The Director will oversee the application process and take final responsibility in application decision making. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Enrollment Management Marketing team to create, update, and generate print, digital and social media that effectively market the University.
Qualified candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree, along with a minimum of 6-8 years of admission related experience. A Master's degree is preferred. Individual should also possess: the ability to practice
