eHealthScreenings, a Premise Health Company, currently has a great opportunity for a Health Screening Event Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity with great growth potential. The Health Screening Event Specialist serves as a Project Manager and is responsible for helping to organize onsite wellness screening events for our clients across the nation. Duties include but are not limited to: coordinating health screening events, training clients on roles and expectations, managing day-to-day client interactions and ensuring each project’s objective is met and quality control is overseen. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, organize, and manage our corporate screening events from start to finish using developed eHealthScreenings guidelines Create, maintain, and manage strict event deadlines; ensure all correspondence, paperwork, and supplies are accurate and shipped to each event site and/or site Coordinators in a timely manner Maintain customer satisfaction and retention by effectively communicating and managing the screening event processes with clients in a clear and concise manner Work with internal Scheduling Team and eHealthScreenings team members to provide event details and ensure that proper staffing and training has been completed for all onsite events Perform accurate client billing and invoicing monthly, according to current eHealthScreenings’ billing schedule guidelines; ensure cost control and proper quoting for each project Host webinars or client conference calls to provide screening process details and instructions Accurately enter scheduled event details into the eHealthScreenings internal scheduling system Evaluate participation level and reduce events where/when needed POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Strong attention to detail and follow through – must be able to take projects successfully through completion Strong computer skills and MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to manage internal support staff Ability to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service focused; must be able to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures Must be a self-starter, able to work independently as well as in a team environment with excellent customer service skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master's Degree or 5-7 years of related experience preferred; Project Management experience is a plus 5-7 years’ experience in a leadership role/position This is a full-time opportunity and we offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k), and a fun / casual work environment.
