Manages Co- Curricular Program Delivery operations and class delivery: START, Section Chairs, and Interpersonal Dynamics Lab (IDL)
With Associate Director, attends Teaching Group Meetings, identifies class session needs, coordinates logistics, and aligns resources to ensure that faculty members and students are administratively supported in their teaching and learning
o Responsible for classroom and meeting reservations and setups, including materials, media, and catering
o Manages vendors to ensure effective delivery of services
o Delegates tasks to direct report and support staff
o Chairs logistics meetings for delivery of classes and programs
o Oversees student communications to ensure assignments and action items are clear, timely, and accurate
o Liaises with MBA Program partners and Finance, Operations, Media Services, and Catering departments
o Oversight of Teaching Group Meeting scheduling, planning, and materials preparation
Maintains documentation related to class delivery, including session logistics and notes, and works with the Program team to ensure that materials are organized, updated, and available
Manages creation of IDL team sets
Develops and executes communication plan regarding Discussion Group transitions and feedback assignments
With support staff, ensures class teams are created and published according to faculty parameters
Manages workflows and ensures role is fully supported
Holds regular 1:1 meetings, provides feedback and coaching
Other Duties as Required
As MBA Student & Academic Services (SAS) team member, participates in departmental goal-setting processes and implementation of priorities
Serves on MBA Program-wide task forces and committees
Serves as a specialty task manager for Bridges, FIELD Global Immersion, and other programs as needed
Serves as a SIPs (Short Intensive Programs) Program manager
Contributes to SAS Program Management initiatives and committees and performs other duties as required

Strong project management skills and must have extremely high standards and be committed to delivering high-quality work amid shifting priorities and under tight deadlines. Proven project management, operational logistics, and organizational skills are essential.

Applicants should be well-versed in event planning and/or program management, adept at managing and troubleshooting multiple projects under changing circumstances, and able to work cross-functionally in directed and undirected environments. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of previous administrative experience is required; an advanced degree in education, management, hospitality, or other related field is preferred.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (especially Canvas) would be helpful, as would knowledge of SharePoint, Qualtrics, QuickBase, Dreamweaver, and/or HTML.
