PRR is looking for a smart, driven and positive accounting professional to join our growing team. The purpose of this position is to facilitate and expedite accounting processes so that all projects undertaken by PRR are delivered to our clients in an exemplary way. Duties include: assisting project managers with budget, scope and contract review/revisions, producing monthly invoices, setting up and maintaining project-record management systems. Producing and submitting monthly AR statements and other accounting reports as requested by our clients and staff.

Understanding of basic contracting and budgeting principles, experience with government contracts strongly desired
Understanding of basic accounting principles, working knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage accounting functions on-time and efficiently
Ability to solve problems independently and professionally
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and courteously with internal and external clients
Proactively help others with complex financial information
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
Intermediate or better knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Access or other database experience
Knowledge of Deltek or other integrated accounting software strongly desired
Ability to cope with distractions
