JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for development, implementation, administration, and integration of any and all software and systems deployed (or to be deployed) across a premier GWS account. Duties include assessment and analysis of current deployments and recommendations for process improvement or new software or systems implementation. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge and experience in the areas of Information Technology.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under general direction, the ideal candidate formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Ideal candidate also devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Core job function includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. The candidate should be competent to work on most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
Strategically manages internal and external client relationships while ensuring successful completion of projects led by a Process Improvement team Oversees the work and entire scope of business processes and teams responsible for process improvement initiatives. Establishes performance objectives for department staff and monitors and reports on accomplishments. Provides oversight, direction, and guidance on highly visible and complex process improvement initiatives. Monitors and manages asset inventory, monthly expenses related to computer equipment, telecommunications and related applications Analyzes business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties. Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end user training Interacts with clients, internal and external, acting as a liaison between business and technology areas Vendor Relationship/Billing Management - Wireless Device, User, Cost Control and System Licensing, Participation, User and Cost Control Applications - Systems Management, Optimization, and Support Builds and maintains relationships with Leadership Teams across various locations. Acts as an advocate for services and added value of Process Improvement Team contributions. Manages issues and expectations across a broad range of skill sets and departments. Communicates with key stakeholders and senior leadership on project updates and escalated issues. Ensures projects are completed within a given timeframe and budget. Responsible for setting/managing department deadlines and goals. Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages the planning, organization, and controls for the Performance Innovation / Process Improvement team. May be responsible for a mix of direct and matrix reports.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required plus a minimum of eight years experience with process improvement, project management or other related experience. Prior supervisory experience required.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification required.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates. Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions. Develops and implements financial policies and procedures. Approves and oversees department budget.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES Advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve complex results.
