Implement corporate strategy and programs that accomplish the business objective for Construction Engineering and Project Management. Including, but not limited to creating an infrastructure and systems that support clinical and financial outcomes, patient satisfaction/service and market growth. Provide overall direction and leadership to Project Management personnel, Architects and Contractors. This includes assisting in planning, coordinating, training, delivering and evaluating of services and operations to create and maintain a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for patients, visitors and staff. Must have strong leadership skills and be able to establish work plans, budgets, provide cost estimates, bid jobs and contracts for construction, and to direct and coordinate projects of varying scope to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within time and funding parameters. Coordinate and direct the design, planning, construction and alteration of buildings and other facilities. Provide technical facilities advice and inspect construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications and regulatory requirements.
Education and Learning:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or Business or Finance or Information Technology or a related field
