eHealthScreenings, a Premise Health company, is currently recruiting for a Scheduling Coordinator in our San Antonio, TX office. In this position the Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for staffing our upcoming nationwide Health Screening events. The Scheduling Coordinator will also be responsible for handling any last-minute cancellations, payroll questions/issues, and supply needs and/or questions. The Scheduling Coordinator will interact closely with our Training Team, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and upper Management, when necessary. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Analyze and anticipate upcoming staffing needs for our events across the US Assist in maintaining Technician schedules and pay rates Handle high volume email and phone communication with attention to detail Maintain a good relationship with all independent contractor Health Screening Technicians, as well as internal team members Develop relationships and establish contacts with Staffing Agencies Assist Scheduling Team with various staffing needs, as needed Adhere to all company policies and procedures Attend all Company required trainings and meetings Other duties as assigned POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Must be detail oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills, and able to take clear and concise notes Requires strong written / verbal communication skills Must be extremely organized, be accountable, and work well under tight deadlines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Associates degree, or higher, is preferred 3+ years of in a Staffing Coordinator or Administrative role is preferred Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office products; Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel Work Environment: This job operates in an office setting.
