Advertised Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director for Facilities Planning, Design and Construction, the Assistant Director serves as the direct supervisor over project management staff and is directly responsible for design and execution of all capital construction and renovation projects across the system of USC campuses. Emphasis is on work management, work allocation among staff, quality control, project budget management and project schedule management.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree in architecture, engineering , or construction management and 7 years related experience in planning, design and construction or Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management and 9 years related experience in planning, design and construction.
Driver’s License required.
