Seeking a user-centered designer to produce digital content/multimedia, lead health informatics user testing, and work with health communicators, clinician-researchers, developers, and biostatisticians to propel health technology interventions. The ideal candidate would have fluency in front- and back-end development in both web and mobile (iOS and Android) application environments, ability to design user interface (UI), wireframes, and graphics to specifications. The candidate should also have an interest in contributing to quality assurance, user testing, and marketing/training tasks associated with launching and refining technology-enabled health interventions.
The candidate will work with both development and marketing teams in a broad clinical research environment.
Using graphic design, user experience design, and multimedia tools to produce and refine web and print marketing and research assets
Leading user experience (UX) research and testing on clinical research teams in wide ranging areas of behavioral health
Contribute to the communications and informatics team, under the direction of the Clinical Informatics Project Manager, in marketing strategy, patient education and training, internal communications, and other projects as assigned
Demonstrated multimedia production, graphic design, and user experience (UX) design skills. Daily use of tools like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, iMovie or higher to produce marketing and social media designs, video, wireframes, prototypes, and web content.
Demonstrated experience conducting lean user experience (UX) research (user interviews, heuristic evaluation, usability testing, competitive analysis)
Experience leading informatics projects, refining products based on marketing or user metrics
