The RTLS Temperature Project Manager position involves managing technical RTLS projects from beginning to end within the Physician Group, an ambulatory care setting and clinical functions environment. Manages the project's framework processes and methodologies involving departmental or cross-functional teams. Plans, coordinates and monitors scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, resources, tasks, risks, staff and deliverables.
Monitors the project from initiation through completion. This position will manage the daily administration of the RTLS Temperature system which includes handling system change requests, resolving identified issues, coordinating downtime events, advising on alert workflow setup, and training of staff. Organizes and leads activities relating to the management and administration of the RTLS Temperature system.
Applies technical project management concepts, frameworks and methods, relevant policies and procedures to resolve a variety of technical and process related issues. Works on technical project management assignments of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Typical projects are of small size and small to moderate impact, budget and/or project team size.
A Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration or related area; and/or equivalent experience/training.
Two (2+) or more years of relevant experience; Ambulatory health care related experience and project management experience.
Thorough experience with and knowledge of project management principles, theories, and concepts.
Demonstrated experience with CenTrak RTLS Hardware.
Experience with implementing and troubleshooting RTLS Hardware and software.
