Prepares the project level SIT and Regression Test Plan and Run Pkan in adherance to Master Test Strategy
Prepares and provides the Daily , Weekly detailed test execution and Defects Metrics to the Project Manager.
Highlights the critical project risks / issues to the Project Manager and works closely with Project manager on the mitigation of these risks and arriving on work around for the critical issues
Convenes and hosts the Defect Triage meetings with different project stakeholders only on critical need basis.
Create a roadmap and act as a visionary for the projects keeping all the release schedules in mind
Review / Preparation of test strategy / Project plan and Final summary report.
Identify functional and non functional testing requirements
High level effort estimation and review of detailed estimation
Manages cost, time, quality, risk, scope and resources
Client relationship responsibility
Responsible for Test Planning and Test Management

Providing test support to the project as a whole
