The Wharton Marketing and Communications Assistant Project Manager reports directly to the Director, Business Engagement and is responsible for supporting project management and the day-to-day workflow of department and business partner marketing and communications initiatives, ensuring all work is produced on time, on budget and on strategy.
The Assistant Project Manager will understand the Wharton Marketing and Communications Department’s work products and will collaborate with internal business unit teams to deliver work for 10 other business partners of various sizes and marketing needs at the Wharton School. He/she will work in close collaboration with the Director, Business Engagement and other members of the department in Events, Media Relations, Social Media, Creative Services, Content, Marketing Technology, Business Administration, Wharton Digital Press and Wharton Business Radio to deliver best-in-class marketing and communications solutions.
