Work as part of Boston University's Educational Technology group to support research and teaching faculty in the use and implementation of educational technologies, with a focus on leveraging the Blackboard Learning Management Systems. Responsibilities include: providing expert-level support to users; developing and implementing and delivering training programs for faculty; assisting faculty in applying pedagogical principles of technology-mediated learning to their teaching; assisting in the creation of new course materials and innovative instructional environments; developing multimedia components and collaborating with other media partners and BU media producers as part of building interactive courses; and providing design and production assistance to faculty in the development of mediated instructional methods.
Must have Master's degree in educational or instructional technology, or a directly related field, and 3 years of experience in a higher-education setting with instructional design and implementation; course review and curriculum design; and using the Blackboard Learning Management System.
