Advertised Job Summary:
The IAM Program Manager is responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This position is responsible for ensuring that development and support activities are clearly aligned with the priorities and strategic goals of the University and the division. The program manager is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a modern IAM framework – a set of business processes, policies, data governance, and supporting technologies that enable appropriate and timely creation, maintenance and use of digital identities. The Program Manager will collaborate on, and monitor the activities of, a variety of IAM-related projects and initiatives, to ensure coordination of efforts, appropriate integration, and synchronization of key project timelines, product/service implementations and system enhancements.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree in business related field and 4 years related program management experience, or bachelor's degree and 6 years related experience.
Significant technical IAM experience (at least 5 years) in a complex environment, including identity stores, provisioning/de-provisioning, authentication and authorization, SSO, privilege management, and group/attribute management.
