PROGRAM COORDINATOR , Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL)-North America , to coordinate and perform day-to-day operational activities for J-PAL North America's research, policy and training programs, including a broad range of administration, finance, information technology, compliance, communications and outreach, and other functions. Primary tasks will involve coordinating policy funding initiatives to support randomized evaluations, coordinating subaward agreements, tracking key metrics, and reporting.
REQUIRED : a bachelor's degree; two years of relevant work experience (which may be gained through internships, part-time work, or teaching assistantships); strong project management and verbal and written communication skills; precise attention to detail; technical proficiency with learning and using computer applications, including Excel, Salesforce, Dropbox, Google Drive, and other platforms; and tact and good judgment with confidential information. Must be able to anticipate, plan, prioritize and meet deadlines; manage multiple and numerous requests from various parties; and effectively manage a high volume of work.
