We are seeking a Educational Specialist who will oversee academic support services and outreach activities.
This is a full-time, grant-funded, administrative position.
Examples of Duties:
Hire and train tutors, Supplemental Instruction (SI) leaders, and instructors
Coordinate PRAXIS Core exam prep
Coordinate Summer Bridge program
Assist in all aspects of faculty development, convening training sessions for faculty cohorts
Maintain master calendar for tutoring sessions and update and maintain the Center for Teaching and Learning's website
Assist with activities in the Center for Teaching and Learning and coordinate the use of the Center
Serve on project management team and Advisory Council
Participate in project evaluation
Perform other duties as required
Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field required
Three years of experience in overseeing academic support services
Must possess strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
