ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage Clinic staff. Train staff on a medical procedures and LifeLine policies. Provide cross-training opportunities to develop skills across all shelter departments.
Schedule Veterinarians if needed to supplement full-time staff.
Manage supply and payroll budgets.
Measure the Clinic’s performance with regard to finances and specific program services. Provide regular reports as requested.
Maintain accurate medical inventory. Provide reports for audit of inventory as needed.
Oversee quality of medical care given to each patient.
Ensure medical write-ups are processed and animals evaluated daily.
Five plus years veterinary clinic management experience.
Seven plus years veterinary technician experience in a spay/neuter clinic or veterinary office.
Ability to implement all aspects of Lifeline programs, with emphasis on speedy delivery of the highest quality products and services
Ability to work independently and confidently using superior discretion and judgment.
Possess the ability to work collaboratively and build trustworthy relationships.
