Drive growth of credit cards receivables & maximize profitability of the Credit Cards business (interest & fee income management) Improve customer engagement by focusing on customer lifecycle management, implementing activation, spend lift, balance build & retention programs to increase share of wallet spend & receivables Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously test new programs, open up new segments, refine target population and oversee profitability of programs Oversee credit line management program & related regulatory implementation Drive digital initiatives towards digital value capture in line with the Bank's strategy
Degree in Banking/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent with at least 8-10 years of experience in banking Understanding of key business drivers and competitive trends in the unsecured lending industry Analytical and good strategic thinking to leverage on data & formulate strategy Self-driven and has strong managerial and interpersonal skills Team leader experience and able to collaborate with relevant stakeholders Strong presentation skills both written and oral Excellent communication & influencing skills a must Ability to build good rapport both internally and externally and collaborate with partners across all levels of management
