OBJECTIVE/OVERVIEW: The Project Manager works in partnership with the Chief Operating Officer, Management and Senior Leadership teams to provide project management and programmatic support with a focus on project design and communications, logistic support in the development of clinical and operational projects and initiatives.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer, COO.
I. PROJECT DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT (95%):
Identify in partnership with members of Management and Senior Leadership opportunities to design, develop, and execute improvement initiatives throughout service lines that are in alignment with CUHCC’s organizational plan and objectives
Meet with individuals and teams to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with Management, Senior Leadership as well as other staff members
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Develop, design, and execute new projects as determined by Department Chiefs
Work collaboratively with staff, management and Senior Leadership in a supportive role for the design and execution of projects across service lines
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
Designing risk mitigation plan
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

1. Education, Certification, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, health administration, organizational development or a closely related field plus at least four years of experience in project management or a combination of related education and work experience to equal eight years
Familiarity with SmartSheet software’s collaboration and time management tools
Experience with process improvement and inventory control
PMP Certification or equivalent proven experience in managing projects
Advanced time management and analytical skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills

Fluent in Spanish, Somali, or Hmong language.
Certification in project management.
